All editions of VersaReports Universal Report Server (URS) include non-priority (2-business day) e-mail support. Enhancements and fixes posted for the product release that you purchased is included with non-priority support. Non-priority support customers can purchase newer versions of the software for a discounted upgrade fee.

A 1-year Priority Support Contract is available for purchase with your license purchase. During the term of the contract, priority support customers receive access to any newer major and minor software revisions and priority (1-business day) e-mail support.
A yearly priority support contract is recommended for each license you purchase and is priced at approximately 25% of your license price:
